David Castillo

David Castillo has extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data management, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Data and AI-ML for Commercial Bank at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 2020 to January 2024. Prior roles at JPMorgan include Managing Director of AI-ML Technology and the OmniAI Ecosystem. Additionally, Castillo has held leadership positions at Capital One, Early Warning®, and Voltari, focusing on machine learning democratization and data science innovation. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus since August 2012, Castillo teaches courses in AI, machine learning, programming, and software design. Castillo holds a BS and MS in Engineering from the University of Arizona and Arizona State University, respectively.
