Ian Rinestine

Ian Rinestine currently serves as Executive Director of Payments Learning at JPMorgan Chase, beginning in September 2025. Prior to this role, Ian was the Director of Learning for Enterprise Curriculum & Experiences at Capital One from July 2019 to September 2025, where oversight included a team of over 20 associates, focusing on onboarding, competency learning, and career development. Ian also held two Director positions at Capital One, managing learning initiatives for more than 7,000 associates in the auto finance sector. Ian's earlier career includes leading global learning and development at Fossil Group, Inc., as well as roles focused on training and development at Atmos Energy and Blockbuster. Ian holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Texas Tech University and a BAAS in Applied Technology in Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas.
