Irene Han

Irene Han is an experienced attorney currently serving as Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co., specializing in corporate governance since July 2014. Previously, Irene worked as a Litigation Associate at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP from January 2010 to July 2014, where responsibilities included representing clients in complex commercial litigations across various legal domains, such as contract disputes and False Claims Act defense. Irene holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications, Political Science, and Korean from The Ohio State University, with additional education from the University of Oxford.
