Jay Cruz

Jay Cruz currently serves as the VP-National Sales Strategy Program Manager at Chase, a position held since November 2011, focusing on Business Banking talent development by creating, implementing, assessing, and managing programs for Area Managers, Business Relationship Managers, Military Veterans, and College Graduates. Previously, Jay held the title of Vice President of Learning and Talent Solutions at J.P. Morgan and worked as a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo from May 2007 to November 2011. Jay Cruz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Whittier College between 2002 and 2006.
