Jill Ranieri

Jill Ranieri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce location strategy and expatriate services. Currently serving as Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Ranieri leads initiatives in Consumer and Community Banking Location Strategy, driving the design and implementation of workforce location programs while optimizing talent across key markets. Previous roles include Managing Director for the Global Business Travel Tax Program, where a firmwide initiative was launched to address tax reporting for employees, and Managing Director for Assignment & Relocation Services, overseeing expatriate programs for over 4,000 employees across more than 45 countries. Before JPMorgan, Ranieri held senior positions at Bear Stearns & Co. and EY, focusing on expatriate tax services and global assignment management. Ranieri holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
