Kayla Graves

Kayla Graves currently serves as the Experience Design Vice President for Consumer & Business Intelligence at JPMorganChase, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this, Kayla contributed to Restaurant365 as a Senior Product Designer in Enterprise Operations and also held the role of Product Designer. Experience includes a position with Zola.com as an Associate Product Designer focused on Commerce, as well as various user experience roles at Ooofball and Sasom. Additional consultancy work was completed at WeUp 'Its All Good'. Kayla began her career as a Manager at Maydan from March 2018 to December 2019. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Howard University.
