Krista le McGruder

Krista Le McGruder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in ESG investor relations and sustainability. Currently serving as Executive Director of ESG Investor Relations at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since September 2022, Krista previously held the position of Director of Sustainability at Cal-Maine Foods, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing ESG reporting and stakeholder engagement across multiple frameworks. Prior roles include Vice President in both Strategic Delivery Office and Investor Relations at Citizens Financial Group, where Krista developed thought leadership programs and managed investor communications. Additional experience encompasses roles at Bessemer Trust, Golub Capital, Arch Capital Management, MCM, and Lehman Brothers. Krista holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MFA in Creative Writing from The New School.
