Marina Krutchinsky is an accomplished UX design professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of UX Design in Wealth Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Marina has also been actively mentoring aspiring UX professionals through UX Mentor Diaries, reaching a wide audience of over 35,000 readers. Previous roles include Head of Design at 21.co, where a global design strategy to enhance user experiences in crypto was developed, and Co-Founder of Webhues Solutions, a consultancy focused on human-centered design. Marina has held significant positions at notable companies such as American Express, BORN Group, and Civic Ventures, demonstrating expertise in UX strategy, team leadership, and user-centered design.
