Naima Aman

Naima Aman is an accomplished executive in the field of digital experience design, currently serving as the Head of Design for Payments CSI&O at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since September 2022. Previously, Naima was the Head of User Experience at Life Organization Project, focusing on tech solutions for health-related habit tracking. Naima's extensive experience includes serving as the Head of User Experience and Design System at Duck Creek Technologies, where leadership contributed to the company's successful spin-out and IPO. At Accenture, Naima established a robust UX program across multiple sectors, significantly transforming the product strategy within Property & Casualty Insurance. Naima holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science & Information Systems from Penn State University.
