Phuoc Quach

Phuoc Quach is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President and Credit Officer Lead for Commercial Real Estate at JPMorganChase since May 2025. Prior to this role, Phuoc was Vice President and Senior Credit Officer for Commercial Real Estate Banking at City National Bank from April 2022 to May 2025, where expertise in credit and loan underwriting was provided to a team of relationship managers. Additionally, Phuoc held the position of VP and Portfolio Management Officer in Community Development Banking at Bank of America from 2020 to April 2022, overseeing a community development lending portfolio. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Credit Analyst at CIT Bank from 2014 to 2020, underwriting $350 million in commercial real estate loans and managing a $450 million loan portfolio. Phuoc holds a dual degree in Master of Business Administration and Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, earned between 2017 and 2020.
