Sharon King

Sharon King is an experienced professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President of Outsourcing at JPMorgan Chase since June 2022. In this role, Sharon provides strategic leadership in the design and implementation of Internal Audit Inter-Affiliate Service outsourcing arrangements, ensuring regulatory compliance through global outsourcing rule and entity mapping. Prior to this position, Sharon held the role of Vice President of Outsourcing and Vendor Management at Morgan Stanley from March 2016 to March 2022, where expert guidance was provided on regulatory changes and industry trends to strengthen internal controls and manage third-party risks. Sharon began a career at FINRA as a Principal FINRA Examiner from March 2011 to March 2016, successfully managing high-stakes examinations and leading investigations that improved regulatory compliance.
