Silvana Montenegro

Silvana Montenegro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, diversity, and inclusion within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Advancing Hispanics & Latinos at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since March 2015, Silvana also holds the position of Head of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion in Commercial Banking and has a background in Corporate Talent and Executive Leadership Development. Previously, Silvana worked at J.P. Morgan from June 2001 to March 2015 in various roles, including Latin America Learning, Development and Diversity Executive and Senior HR Business Partner. Beginning the career in Brazil Human Resources at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Silvana has developed a strong foundation in human resources and organizational development. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Business Management from New York University and a BA in Psychology from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
