Somayeh M. Rad

Somayeh M. Rad is a seasoned professional with experience in model risk governance and quantitative credit risk modeling. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Somayeh serves as Vice President, Model Risk Governance and Review. Previously, Somayeh held significant roles at CIBC, including Senior Manager for Quantitative Credit Risk Modeling and Senior Consultant for Financial Crimes Risk Models. Earlier in the career, Somayeh worked as a Senior Engineer at BTP Consulting Engineers. Somayeh holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the Schulich School of Business at York University, completed between 2018 and 2019, and also has a background in engineering from Sharif University of Technology, attending from 2016 to 2018.
