Stacia Heimgartner Viscardi

Stacia Heimgartner Viscardi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager and Executive Director of Developer Experience Engineering at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since November 2020, Stacia also holds the position of Executive Director, Head of Agility. As Co-Author of "The Software Project Manager's Bridge to Agility" and President of AgileEvolution, Inc., Stacia focuses on fostering team connections to drive innovative solutions. Stacia has contributed to the field as a Certified Scrum Trainer and is the author of "The Professional ScrumMaster's Handbook" through ScrumAlliance. Previous roles include Agile Coach at Rally Software and Project Manager at GAF Corporation. Stacia holds a degree from Lamar University.
