Stephanie Dershaw, SHRM-SCP, MLHR, currently serves as Vice President and Global HR Business Advisor at JPMorganChase, providing strategic HR partnership to executive leadership for over 5,400 employees across 18 countries. With previous experience as Site HR Manager at Chewy, Stephanie built the HR function for a new facility and directed a 25-person HR team at Amazon during a significant expansion, emphasizing talent acquisition and diversity initiatives.
