Tanisha Russell Day

Tanisha Russell Day, MBA, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition in the Office of the CFO at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Previously, Tanisha founded KEY HR Consulting, where HR consultancy services were provided, and held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Rose Associates. Tanisha has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Related Management and as an Adjunct Professor in Human Resources and Business Management at Berkeley College. Tanisha holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BS with a double major in Human Resource Management and Management & Organizational Behavior from Rider University.
