Wittney Rachlin

Wittney Rachlin currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Card Business Transformation at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since August 2022. Previously, Rachlin held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Yieldstreet from January 2021 to August 2022 and was the Chief Growth Officer at BlockFi from May 2020 to January 2021, where Rachlin focused on making cryptocurrency investments more accessible. At Prudential Financial, from March 2018 to May 2020, Rachlin, as GM/Vice President of Growth Opportunities, led data-driven customer engagement and process transformation strategies. Rachlin's earlier experience at American Express spanned over a decade, during which Rachlin held multiple Vice President roles, driving significant growth in charge card segments and co-brand partnerships. Rachlin began the career at Coach as a Retail Planning Manager after earning an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics from Cornell University.
