Ying Dong

Ying (Flora) Dong, CFA, and FRM, currently serves as a Senior Data Scientist and Vice President of Applied AI ML at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on credit card acquisition modeling and machine learning for consumer bank personalization and recommendations. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Data Scientist at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where development of machine learning models and big data analytics took place, as well as a position as Senior Quantitative Analyst responsible for creating a global credit scoring model. Additionally, Ying held the title of Quantitative Analyst/AVP at PNC, specializing in BASEL/CCAR Credit Risk Modeling and model development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Analytics with a concentration on Machine Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Rochester.
