Yumei Xiong

Yumei Xiong is an experienced technology executive with a robust background in engineering and product development. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Yumei held the positions of Managing Director and Executive Director from November 2019 to May 2022. Prior to this, Yumei served as Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager at VMware from July 2014 to November 2019. Yumei's earlier experience includes roles at BMC Software, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager of Product Development to Lead Software Engineer, spanning from May 2007 to July 2014. Yumei began a career in software engineering at Talarian Corporation in 2000. Yumei holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, earned between January 1998 and January 1999.
