Ben Little

Ben Little is an experienced engineer and leader with a diverse background in mechanical engineering and military operations. Currently serving as the Lead Mechanical Engineer and previously as a Mechanical Design Engineer at JR Automation since November 2016, Ben has honed expertise in mechanical design. In addition, Ben operates Ridgeback Customs, creating custom leather goods. Ben's military experience includes roles such as Facilities Manager and Forward Deployed Site Engineer in the US Army, where strategic oversight of a large base and collaboration with Public Works were essential. Prior military positions ranged from Brigade Commander Assistant to Platoon Leader, demonstrating strong leadership, operational management, and logistical coordination skills. Ben holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
