Ryan Wasko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement, executive coaching, and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at JR Automation since July 2018, Ryan focuses on coaching executives and embedding a culture of ongoing development through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Previous roles at The Coca-Cola Company included Automation Ops Manager, where Ryan successfully orchestrated a $50 million turnaround of a major distribution system, and as Regional OpEx Manager, achieving significant cost savings and efficiency improvements. Ryan’s foundational career at Sherwin Williams and earlier experiences in pharmaceutical manufacturing further underscore a commitment to leadership development and operational strategy, supported by a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering and ongoing MBA studies at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
