Lalit Gupta

Lalit Gupta is the current Vice President at JR Compliance and Testing Labs. Prior to this, they were an Assistant Manager at Eli India from June 2016 to July 2018. There, they started by managing a team of 25 people doing eligibility and benefits verification before taking on responsibility for implementations. Lalit was also responsible for transitioning new clients, making them stable, and handing them over to operations.

Before their time at Eli India, Gupta was an Assistant Manager at Horizon from October 2013 to May 2016. There, their responsibilities included team management, client relationship management, management reporting, client reporting, work flow planning and management, defining targets, meeting SLA's, etc.

Gupta began their career as a Sr. Quality Compliance Associate at MDeverywhere Inc. from August 2010 to October 2013 where they were responsible for auditing operations work, doing analysis, studies, preparing reports, paretos, projects, etc.

Lalit Gupta has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Mahrishi Dayanand University in the field of Computer Science. Lalit also has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Vaish College Rohtak in the field of Commerce. Lastly, they have completed their Sr. Secondary schooling from Vaish Public School, ROHTAK in the field of Commerce.
