Glenn Ellis

Glenn Ellis is a knowledgeable Project Manager at JR Engineering since August 2017, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including City Engineer for the City of Sioux City from October 2013 to July 2017 and Projects Manager for Commerce City from April 2001 to October 2013. Glenn began the career as a Civil Engineering Technician at Griffin-Albers from September 1995 to April 2001.
