Zachary Poole

Zachary Poole has extensive work experience in the legal field and in the construction industry. Zachary served as the Vice President and General Counsel for J.R. Hobbs Company, where they played a significant role in financial restructuring and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Zachary also conducted operations reviews and drafted a new operations manual for a troubled subsidiary. Zachary then became the Vice President & General Counsel for Mai Mechanical LLC, another company associated with J.R. Hobbs Co. Zachary also held the position of Vice President at Ambient Air Corporation and its subsidiary, Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical. Before that, they worked as an Attorney at Mills & Hoopes LLC and as a Mediator for the Fulton County State/Magistrate Landlord/Tenant Mediation Program.

Zachary Poole holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, which they obtained from Georgia State University between 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of North Georgia, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Zachary also has a certification as an Attorney from the State Bar of Georgia, obtained in 2007.
