Brock Sparks

Brock Sparks is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and managed services. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at JR Merit Inc. since February 2024, Brock previously held the position of Tier 2 Technician at Pavelcomm from January 2020 to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Remote Technician Lead at Computers Made Easy from September 2017 to November 2019 and providing technical support at Avanti Markets for a brief period in 2017. Brock holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from George Fox University, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and attended Clark College from 2012 to 2013.
