Founder and Principal Consultant, Jessica Prchlik, brings more than 15 years of marketing and strategy experience. Her specialties include strategy, digital marketing, team building, and branding. 

She has spent the majority of her career working to foster #1 brands such as Therma-Tru Doors and Trex Composite Decking focused on strategic planning, brand management, product marketing, retail partnership growth, and digital marketing. While her career started in the foodservice industry as a graphic designer, she has made a career of helping organizations evolve and grow. Most recently leading transformative change for a consumer goods company, including creating their first brand campaign, department budgets, developing a strategic plan, and outlining the brand architecture. 

She brings a unique passion for people and culture, utilizing her entrepreneurial spirit to help brands grow in an innovative and thoughtful way.
