Rajkumar Ilayaalwar possesses extensive experience in software development and technical leadership, currently serving as a Tech Lead/Dev Lead at Gordon Food Service since July 2017 and as a Senior Programmer Analyst at JRD Systems since January 2015. Prior to these roles, Rajkumar worked as a Full Stack Developer at IHS Automotive and held various positions including Technical Lead at ALTEN Calsoft Labs, Senior Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra, and Lead Engineer at HCL Technologies. Rajkumar started the career as a Software Engineer at Aricent and Velankani Information Systems, with a foundational education in Computer Applications (MCA) from S.I.V.E.T College and a Bachelor of Commerce from Madras Christian College.
