Michael Palleschi

Michael Palleschi possesses extensive experience in finance and operational strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Finance & Operational Strategy at JRF Ortho since October 2017. Responsibilities include managing internal operations encompassing accounting, finance, KPIs, systems, procurement, legal, contracts, and human resources. Previously, Michael held the Corporate Controller position at ENAVATE, overseeing accounting and finance functions, and served as Billing Supervisor at RSM US LLP, where Michael managed the transition to a new billing platform. At Junction Solutions, Michael worked as a Sr. Revenue & Operations Analyst, focusing on revenue recognition and cash management. Michael's career began at Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home as a Fund Accountant, followed by a role at Great Hill Partners as a Senior Fund Accountant. Michael holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Quantitative Data Analysis from Bentley University and a BSBA in Computer Information Systems from Bryant University.
