Michael James Martin

Michael James Martin has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Johnson Restaurant Group, Inc. since 2017. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Operating Partner at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar for over a decade, where significant contributions included fostering community relationships and mentoring management teams, achieving annual sales exceeding $8 million. As Chief Operating Officer at Crown Alley Pubs from 2001 to 2006, Michael directed operations for a start-up restaurant company across multiple locations, focusing on business development and strategic planning. An earlier tenure as General Manager at Morton's The Steakhouse involved revitalizing two struggling locations, while initial experience at Spago - Caesar's Palace included balancing full-time work with graduate studies at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where Michael earned a Master’s Degree in Hotel Administration.
