Marty Schrantz

Marty Schrantz is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at JRJ Construction, Inc. since October 2024, Marty has previously held key roles such as Operations Manager and Branch Manager at KELLER from January 2020 to October 2024, and Division Manager at Hayward Baker from January 2011 to December 2019. Marty's career also includes positions as Project Manager at Bosworth Steel Erectors, Inc. and Assistant Superintendent at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Marty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Construction from New Mexico State University, completed between 1997 and 2000.
