Stephen Dunn

Stephen Dunn is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in estimating and project management across various companies. Currently serving as Estimator III at JRM Construction Management since March 2022, Stephen has managed projects ranging from $1 Million to $450 Million, creating detailed estimates and leading client-facing sales interviews. Previous roles include Project Manager/Estimator at Component Assembly Systems, Inc., where Stephen led estimating efforts for projects up to $100 Million, and Assistant Project Manager positions at Manganaro North America and Tremont Construction Management, focusing on project controls and supervision. Stephen’s career also includes internships and co-op positions at AECOM, Gilbane Building Company, Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, and cm&b, Inc.
