Yvonne Johnson

Yvonne Johnson has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Yvonne started their career at JRS J. Rettenmaier & Söhne in 1996, where they served as the Global Business Unit Manager Pharma. In this role, they successfully established and led a new business unit, implementing a market strategy that made JRS the second largest manufacturer of Microcrystalline Cellulose globally. Yvonne managed sales, product management, customer service, and technical support teams, while distributing to the pharmaceutical industry in over 100 countries. Yvonne worked at JRS J. Rettenmaier & Söhne until 2012.

In 2013, Yvonne joined JRS PHARMA as the Head of Business Unit Pharma Excipients. JRS Pharma is a leader in the development, sales, and marketing of pharmaceutical excipients and services worldwide. Under Yvonne's leadership, the business unit experienced extremely successful business development over the years. Yvonne achieved this by integrating acquisitions, launching innovative high functionality excipients, identifying new markets and application segments, continuously upgrading the product portfolio, implementing new sales tactics, and integrating new business fields in the area of Biotech and CRO for small molecules. Yvonne also established personal relationships with industry leaders. Yvonne held this position until January 2022, when they were promoted to the role of Global Head of JRS MEDIC, which they currently hold.

Yvonne Johnson's education history begins in 1980 when they attended IHK Bodensee-Oberschwaben. Yvonne studied there for five years until 1985, specializing in Business Personal Coaching and obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Professional Business Administrations & Operations. Afterward, they enrolled at DAA Reutlingen Privates Berufskolleg Reutlingen but the start and end years are unknown. Yvonne pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General during their time at this institution.
