Santje Schaap is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and consulting within the public sector. Currently serving as a Senior Adviseur at JS Consultancy since May 2022, Santje was previously a Consultant Interim at Aardoom & de Jong, focusing on leadership roles in the public sector, and a Senior Adviseur Executive Search at JS Consultancy from 2014 to 2019.
