Malik Zafar Javaid serves as the Chief Compliance & Risk Officer at JS Investments since January 2010, overseeing compliance with legal frameworks and managing risk functions. Malik also holds positions as a member of the Management Committee and Board of Trustees for the Provident Fund, and as a director at JS ABAMCO Commodities Limited. Previously, Malik worked at JS Investments Limited from December 2005 to January 2022, leading operations and transfer agency functions, and has extensive experience in managing business operations and regulatory compliance. Earlier career experience includes a role as Joint Secretary and Manager of the Company Affairs Department at Lahore Stock Exchange, where Malik managed listings and developed trading rules for the first automated trading system in Pakistan. Education includes a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of the Punjab.
