Richard Martz is a seasoned Project Architect at JSA Inc Architects Interiors Planners since February 2020, with prior experience at NBBJ Design as an Associate/Architect from May 2014 to February 2020, specializing in healthcare architecture. Key project contributions include significant healthcare facilities such as a 35,000 square foot ambulatory surgical center and a 500,000 square foot hospital addition and renovation. Richard has served in various roles involving project architecture, exterior detailing, and interior architecture, and has extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and consultant coordination. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University, supplemented by a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Business Minor from the same institution.
