Pether Fredholm

Pether Fredholm has extensive experience in leadership within the construction and project development sectors in Sweden. Currently serving as a board member at Afa Försäkring since October 2023, Fredholm has been the Chairman of the Board and VD at JSB Construction AB since April 1997, while also holding the positions of Owner, Group CEO, and VD at JSB Gruppen AB. Fredholm has overseen significant company operations with a turnover of 2200 million SEK and 350 employees. Additional roles include serving as VD at JSB Syd AB since January 2011, involvement in various boards including as Chairman of ID06 AB until May 2022, and as Vice Chairman and Board Member for Sveriges Byggindustrier from April 2007 to May 2016. Fredholm also contributed to the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and served on the Nomination Committee of Svenskt Näringsliv until May 2022. Educational qualifications include a degree in Civilekonom from Lunds universitet.
