Natalia Dushechkina

Natalia Dushechkina is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of IT Recruitment group at Gazprom Neft since March 2020. In this role, Natalia coordinates recruitment teams, manages personnel development, resolves issues, and oversees communication with recruitment agencies while providing updates on organizational changes and recruitment strategies. Prior to Gazprom Neft, Natalia worked at Luxoft for nearly nine years, where responsibilities included serving as a Recruitment Account Manager, Senior Recruitment Specialist, and Recruitment Specialist, focusing on fulfilling staffing needs and engaging with hiring managers. Natalia began career in human resources at Exigen Services in early 2011. Educational background includes a specialist degree in Psychology from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, completed in 2007.
