Pedro Tavares

Pedro Tavares has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Pedro started their career as a Sales Assistant at Azaura Jewellery in 2014, where they communicated with customers, made sales, and maintained store displays.

Pedro then moved on to Hamleys South Africa in 2015, where they worked as a Sales Assistant and later became a Store Supervisor. In these roles, they provided customer service, achieved sales targets, and managed stock orders and deliveries. Pedro also planned and organized events such as store birthdays and holiday promotions.

In 2016, Pedro joined Mitchavila as an Awnings Mounter. Pedro worked on an assembly line, ensuring the quality and attention to detail of assembled products. Pedro also gained experience in managing a plastic injection machine for smaller items.

Pedro expanded their skills in 2020 as a Summer Intern at FEUC - Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra. As part of the Development group, they helped construct a platform/site that provided useful information related to the Covid-19 crisis in the Coimbra region.

In 2021, Pedro worked as a Frontend Developer and Design intern at Staruplo, where they gained experience in frontend development and design.

Currently, Pedro is working at Jscrambler as a Junior Full Stack Developer, starting in 2022.

Pedro Tavares pursued their Bachelor's degree in Design and Multimedia at the Universidade de Coimbra from 2017 to 2020.
