Dave M. Jenkins

As president and owner of JSD Professional Services, Inc., Dave is responsible for ensuring corporate decisions are made for creating policy, maintaining positive corporate culture, and strategic planning and vision, while also overseeing the company’s fiscal activity and risk profile to include budgeting, reporting, and auditing. His wide array of experience revolves around the services of planning and development; civil, transportation, structural, and municipal engineering; water resources; landscape architecture; construction services; ecological/environmental services; land surveying and mapping; and development services.

Dave has managed multiple projects in several market sectors that consist of commercial/retail, education, healthcare, industrial, institutional, parks and recreation, and residential developments. He also has focused on government (federal, state, county) and municipal (city, village, town) projects.
