Todd J. Buhr

Todd is the director of land surveying for JSD, managing JSD’s survey operations for all regional locations. Duties include survey proposals, coordinating workload, staffing, and resources between offices, QA/QC, department and capital improvement budgets, company standards, land survey project management, as well as land survey review and delivery.
