Tiffany Hashimoto Oyama is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development and regulatory management within the food industry. Currently serving as Senior R&D / Regulatory Manager at JSL Foods, Inc. since October 2016, Tiffany has a proven track record of collaborating closely with sales teams to create innovative products, formulating recipes, and addressing quality issues through ingredient adjustments and production methods. Previous roles include research and development positions at Nagatanien USA, Inc. and Mindful Food Corp., where Tiffany developed HACCP programs and conducted quality assurance evaluations.
