Jeffery Sremaniak

Jeffery Sremaniak has extensive experience in instructional coordination and training within the military and defense sectors. Currently serving as an Instructional Coordinator at JSL Technologies, Inc. since August 2021, Sremaniak manages and coordinates Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) Surface Warfare Mission Module training programs while maintaining the Naval Training System Plan. Prior to this role, Sremaniak held similar positions with UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies and worked as a Training Specialist at SCCI. Sremaniak's career in the US Navy spanned over a decade, culminating in several leading roles focused on warfare program management, curriculum development, and instructor training. Sremaniak is certified as a Master Training Specialist and has a solid foundation in managing teams and delivering technical training to military personnel.
