As the owner of JSM Computer Solutions since April 2005, Jason has leveraged extensive knowledge from prior experience in third-tier support to provide tailored solutions for companies’ IT needs. Jason's career includes roles at Dell Warranty Services providing parts repair, co-ownership at TidyHouse, and significant positions such as systems administrator at Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority and senior technician at Virtual Management Technologies. Additionally, Jason has held technical lead positions at UPS and McKesson, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
