John O'Connor

John O'Connor is an accomplished entrepreneur and legal professional with extensive experience in founding and managing businesses. As the founder of Gene Food and LeafScore, O'Connor has developed innovative platforms in the food and environmental sectors since 2016 and 2019, respectively. O'Connor also owns JSO Digital and co-founded 'brellaBox, recognized as the first and only umbrella share company featured on Shark Tank. Previously, O'Connor served as president of The O'Connor Law Firm, specializing in mass tort litigation and consumer protection from 2008 to 2014, and gained experience as an associate at Alston & Bird LLP in global finance. O'Connor holds a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and an L.L.M. in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami School of Law.
