Ben Houston

Ben is a Partner and the Head of Nova Executive, where he leads the Executive Search practice based in New York. Ben focuses on identifying and appointing senior executives for C-Suite CEO, CSO, CFO, CCO, COO, CPO, CIO… NED’s and Advisors across our Life Sciences and Healthcare clients in North America. His clients include Pharma Services, Diagnostics, MedTech, HCIT, Services and Healthcare providers to top tier consulting firms and LBO/Mid-Cap Private Equities, VC funds and their portfolios.

Alongside running Nova Executive, Ben is a Venture Partner with HealthQuest Capital, a venture growth fund focused on commercial-stage healthcare investments. Ben supports the portfolio on management team assessments, organisational design, and executive searches. He also supports the fund on diligence, investor hires, and advisory appointments.
