James Fargus

James alongside Simon Smith founded JSS Search in 2016. James also founded JSS Transform in 2018 with a view to disrupting traditional executive interim management & transformation delivery models. James has a specific focus partnering with Private Equity firms to facilitate value creation in their portfolios though the introduction of transformation leaders and their programme teams across technology, finance and operations.

After serving in Her Majesty’s Royal Navy for eight years, he launched his recruitment career with MWA. Three successful years later, he joined Investigo where over a decade he created and led teams across finance, transformation and digital & data markets. In 2013, James was key to the company’s successful MBO backed by a global investment bank.

As a founding board member of JSS, James works closely with Simon and Scott to ensure the JSS Group continue to raise the bar in terms of standards, quality and delivery in our core markets.
