Nirmal Kumar Jain

Mr. Jain has over four decades of experience in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As), finance, law and capital restructuring. He is a Commerce graduate, a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by profession. He served as an executive coach and mentor of human resources for the JSW Group’s workforce.

Mr. Jain joined the JSW Group in 1992 and held positions, including Director – Finance, Deputy Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairman of Jindal Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. He was involved in the management of joint ventures with leading business partners from across the globe.
