Bharatkumar Varu

Bharatkumar Varu is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as DGM of Business Development at JSW Energy Ltd since May 2024, focusing on commercial and industrial initiatives and international business development. Previously at Sterlite Power, Bharatkumar led efforts promoting PPP models in India's power transmission segment. As Business Development Lead at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, Bharatkumar managed large-scale solar PV EPC projects in the ASEAN and South Asian regions. Other notable roles included driving international business development at Hero Future Energies and L&T-Sargent & Lundy Limited, securing numerous solar projects and expanding business operations across various territories.
