Srinivasa Rao Tallada has extensive experience in quality management and operations within the chemical and paints industry, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at JSW Paints since November 2018, progressing through various managerial roles. Previous experience includes positions at Castrol as Assistant Manager focusing on pilot plant operations, and significant roles at Valspar and Asian Paints, where Srinivasa developed expertise in internal audits compliant with ISO 9001:2008 standards and achieved certifications as a QMS Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Green Belt. Education includes an MBA in Operations Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
