Ria Vardhan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Business Head of Leap Gymnastics at JSW Sports Pvt Ltd, a position held since July 2019, also previously working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and managing CSR Partnerships and Donor Relationships. Prior to this role, Ria was the Project Lead for the Rang De initiative within the LSE Microfinance Society, resulting in recognition from the Indian High Commission of the UK. Ria holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, with specialized courses in Quantitative Finance and Financial Reporting, as well as a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of London’s International Programmes. Educational background includes completion of an American Diploma from Laurel Springs School and IGCSE from The British School of Barcelona.
